This is one of many Dublin pubs with stockpiles of history and a wonderful atmosphere. It is a small no frills place, quiet but for the chatter from all the guests. And that might be a problem sometimes. It's location makes sure it is almost always packed. But if you can find room for you and your party McDaid's it is a brilliant pub with a friendly and very relaxing atmosphere.
